Colombia
Organic Excelso EP Fancy – Lohas, Huila
From smallholder producer groups in Huila, grown at 1,400-1,900 meters, fully washed and sun dried. Citrus and stone fruit notes with a savory depth and a clean, vibrant cup.
Ethiopia
Fair Trade Organic – Limu, Grade 1 Washed
Grown by smallholder farmers of the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union in the western highlands of Limu at 1,500-1,800 meters. Floral character, bright citrus acidity and sweetness, with a fuller body than southern Ethiopian coffees.
Guatemala
Organic SHB EP – Dinamica (ASPROGUATE)
Grown by ASPROGUATE smallholder farmers in the volcanic highlands of Chimaltenango and Antigua at 1,400-2,200 meters. Notes of brown spice, nougat and tangerine in a sweet, balanced cup.
Honduras
Fair Trade Organic – Capon
A medium-bodied coffee with mild citrus notes and hints of sweet chocolate.

Shade-grown by the 281 member farmers of the Konkua Organic Cooperative in the Eastern Highlands outside Goroka, at 1,400-1,800 meters. Notes of nutmeg, chocolate and citrus with a savory finish.
Peru
Organic Decaf – Swiss Water® Process
Fully washed, then decaffeinated with the chemical-free Swiss Water® Process. All of Peru’s clean, balanced character, none of the caffeine.
